Cancellation of Auto Renewal of Subscription:

To opt out of automatic subscription renewal, we've made the process simple and convenient. All you need to do is access your account settings and locate the "cancel subscription" button. Once clicked, your subscription will no longer renew automatically. Rest assured; you will retain access to our platform until the expiration date of your current subscription. This allows you to continue enjoying all the benefits and features until that time.

Refund - Within 14 Days of Purchase:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After the 14-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund: Make sure the services were not fully performed during this period. Please note that additional charges may be incurred for refunds made through credit cards when the transaction involves non-USD credit cards with exchange rates.

Refund requests are not available if you have violated our Terms of Service.
